It’s been a busy few weeks in the run up to May Mental Health Awareness Week (Monday 13 to Sunday 19 May) – many corporate clients are marking May 2019 as the start of their well-being journey.
Mental Health Awareness Week is a UK initiative that aims to raise awareness around mental health/ill health. It was set up by the Mental Health Foundation in 2001 and has run successful campaigns for the past 18 years. However, the stigma still remains and we need to do more.
Emotional Fitness has been working alongside some inspirational partners in the well-being and mental health/ill health sector – MHFA England, Chwarae Teg, MHFA Wales, Darwin Gray and #thisisme in the City.
